Service Description

The TPS Basics Course consists of 10 individual workshops spread out over a 6-month time period. Each workshop consists of a 2-hour classroom training session and a 2-hour hands on project. At the conclusion of the course the student will have a working knowledge of the principles, thinking, and primary tools of the Toyota Production System.
